A pair of early 20th century chinese inlaid silver hardwood figures, circa 1900, guangxu period. stand 16 inches, 40 cms high. both of the fugures have some shrinking cracking and the gentleman has had an ear repaired. cracking on these figures is quite common. the silver inlay is quite extensive and beautifully done. i have tried to show the cracks on the photos.
