Art nouveau majolica pilkington blue green flower #a03

we are offering this lovely and old art nouveau majolica tile. circa 1900.

manufactured by pilkington`s tile & pottery co. ltd. in manchester england.
on the back there is stamped the letter "p". rd. n 366556.

the design depicts a beautiful blue flower in high relief surrounded by sinuous rich green leaves. the background is a pale yellow color.
thick crazing glaze.

condition: very good, there are little chips to the edges and front (to the central flower). tiny scratches too.

measurements: 6" x 6" (15 x 15 cm.).
