A rare and unusual pair of early 19th century straw work pictures depicting in extraordinary detail two continental port scenes. probably produced by french prisoners of war in english prisons.
english circa 1810
one 21 inches by 13 inches (52 by 33 cms).
the other (with domed building) slightly larger. 22.5 inches by 15 inches ( 56 by 38 cms). both framed.
