A good quality austro-hungarian casket with panels of moss agate within an ormolu framework. unusually this casket has three individual lids rather than the one that these caskets usually have. thye casket also has four moss agate ball feet. the ormolu has its original gilding. one of the moss agate panels at the back of the casket does have a small crack. circa 1890.
4.75 inches wide by 2.25 inches high by 2.75 inches deep (12 cms by 5.5 cms by 7 cms)
