The handles attach to the underside of the Caddy going up and over the crinkled Ormolu attaching to the under area of the handle. Very Unique design on this piece.

It stands on an Ormolu Greek Key designed base that is scalloped. The Ormolu is attached to the Alabaster base.

It is 4 1/2" across by 3 1/4" high. The Glass is in excellent condition with an occasional stray air bubble. The Ormolu is bright with very light patina. There are no chips or cracks on the Alabaster Base.
